Jurisdictional Partners
 

The "First Look" Privilege & Routing Pipeline
 

Time is the single most critical variable in digital client acquisition; a delay of minutes can mean the difference between retaining a client or losing them to another firm. As a Jurisdictional Partner, you receive  "First Look Privilege" to all cases submitted to your primary field of practice within your state.

After 1 hour, if you/your firm has not claimed the case, the case is moved to the board for ALL Jurisdictional Partners for that state, regardless of their primary field of practice.

This 2nd posting, if not claimed also times out after 1 hour and will be posted to the Registered Partners board.

Registered Partners

If you prefer a slower paced growth strategy, the Registered Partnership allows you to scale at your own pace. We encourage firms of all sizes and practice areas to join this tier (once it has been opened).

Note to Jurisdictional Partners: Your premium status automatically includes all the benefits of a Registered Partner. You retain your exclusive "First Look" for your selected territory(ies) and field(s) of practice while maintaining full access to the open statewide boards to capture extra volume.

How it works:

1.Phase 1: Direct Jurisdictional Match: Minutes 0 to 60
 

When a case matches your primary field of practice, you receive an immediate notification via Microsoft Teams. You have 60 minutes to claim the case. If you choose to leave the case unclaimed, it shifts to the Open State Board, it becomes visible exclusively to other Jurisdictional Partners across the state who may want to expand their geographic reach.
 

2.Phase 2: The Open State Board: Minutes 60 to 120
 

If the case remains unclaimed after 60 total minutes, it routes to the Registered Partners Board, opening up to our broader statewide network of general registered firms.
 

3.Phase 3: The Registered Partners Board :Minute 120+

After the 2 hour mark, the case is placed on the Registered Partners Board, where any attorney registered with Case to Counsel can claim the case.
